1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In original condition, unused and unwashed
• With original tags and packaging
• Free from damage or odors

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, some products (such as certain pillow types) may not be eligible for return if they have been opened or used. Please refer to the product description for any specific return restrictions.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping Costs:
Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• It may take 5–14 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or model (subject to availability), please let us know when you contact us. We will assist you with the exchange process.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue at no extra cost to you — including sending a replacement or providing a full refund.
